Sunday: Palm Sunday
After reading the scripture and discussing it Ross drew and cut out a palm leaf.
...Avery painted on a clementine.
Ross also realized with some of his scrap pieces from cutting he was able to make 2 crosses.

Monday: Jesus was in the temple and after seeing the activity he flipped the tables.
Ross drew and cut out a table.
He then meticulously dotted glue on the four corners and one in the middle.

Tuesday: We read verse. Psalm 119:105 "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path."
Ross wrote a few key words.
...Avery wrote something too.
Photography by RossWednesday: The lady that washed Jesus' feet with her expensive perfume. We had cotton balls and put a perfumed lotion them. (Failed to get a picture that day)
Thursday: Washing of the feet.
Like Jesus washing the disciples feet we washed each others feet.

Friday: The crucifixion.
Ross made a cross out of popsicle sticks.
Saturday: The tomb was sealed.
Ross chose to use some of the stickers in the packet for the tomb.

Sunday: Easter! The tomb was empty! In the packet was a candle that you can't blow out. It represented Jesus' life. No matter how they tried Jesus arose from the grave! Much like blowing out the candle over and over it would relight itself, never dying. Never losing it's flame.
Ross also opted to use stickers for the angel blowing the trumpet announcing HE HAS RISEN! HE HAS RISEN INDEED!

Excited little boy with his finished project, a smile on his face, and hopefully even more love for Jesus in his heart!
