Happy 95th Birthday to Granny!

Granny had a great 95th birthday party this year! It was at the Sr Center in Murfreesboro. Dad was even able to join us! 

Granny was especially happy to show off some of her great-grands.

It was a fun day and we even spent the night with Granny that day! We've decided it'll be our new tradition.

Happy Father's Day!

Father's Day was good this year. Of course it was our first one without Granddad so that was different but we all got together and had a good day.

While we were waiting to take pictures Aves gave Ross a little push around on her bike.

I could have my feelings hurt that she smiled for Father's Day pics and cried during pics for Mother's Day.

Play date for Avery at Museum of Discovery

Avery had her first play date ever recently. It was with some friends we made at Little Gym. They absolutely loved the section set up like a TV studio. 

They loved to push the button to change the background. 

The play area was a big hit too. So much to do. 

The exhibit they have set up right now was pretty fun for them. There was a wobbly bridge to walk over so the girls did that over and over. 

I can't remember what this does, but she liked it. 

She LOVED this one. You put your hands on the spots where hers are and the drum beats to your pulse. It was crazy fast for the girls. 

After they played we went to the River Market to eat. They had pizza. It was a very fun day!

 

Alex's Birthday Party!

Alex had a great 4th birthday party recently! It was at our church. 

The skate seat things were a huge hit!

Gavin had fun with the balloons! 

They had Chick-Fil-A catering for lunch.

So much to do that Ross didn't eat lunch until we got home. He was much too busy! He had Uncle Steve had a lot of fun playing ping pong. 

Aves gave it a valiant effort to play foosball.

She even tried her hand at ping pong.

The 3 Amigos played Wii some too.

Our birthday present was a hit thank goodness. Maybe not for Mommy and Daddy though as it is a keyboard with microphone and all sorts of cool effects.
