Brotherly Love

To say Ross loves his baby sister is putting it mildly. He is crazy about her and it is so sweet to watch it all unfold. Every morning this week he's climbed up beside her and requested that I take their picture together.
Last night Avery was quite upset and he knows she often calms down with white noise playing so he climbed down from laying beside her and said "Avery I'll be right back". Sweet boy came back with his iPhone (I put the white noise on it) and had it playing for her. I don't think we could ask for a sweeter little boy!

11 weeks old yesterday

Sweet baby girl was 11 weeks yesterday. Time is flying by and I'm doing my best to soak up every second I can - with both kids. Just yesterday Ross was this size!
She is drooling big time!!!
Cant complete a blog without a picture of my little man. He LOVES his baby sister! She's a good sport too with letting him hold her. :)

Do they favor?

I took a few pictures of Avery recently and remembered I had some of Ross in similar poses. Everyone says how much they look alike so I thought I'd just do some comparison pictures. In each photo they are pretty much right around the same age.
I think the next two are great!
Blessed with two beautiful kids!

Happy Easter!

We went to the best Easter party ever the weekend before Easter. Unfortunately this is the only picture we got before the camera battery died. Yes, I didn't plan that very well! Love the one picture we did manage! Easter morning Ross was quite excited to see what the Easter bunny brought him!One thing was nets to catch his bugs (which were Easter eggs painted like bugs). Big hit! Let's see how many will fit in the net!My attempt at a brother/ sister picture. I told Ross to hold her head and he obviously obeyed. :)First family Easter picture ever. I always manage to get one of Ross but never of the family. I forgot to put her bloomers on. Bad mommy! I'm new to this little girl thing!

Making the Rounds

Avery got to meet some very important people for the first time over the last month. One being her great grandmother - Granny Martin. By Avery's little grin I'm pretty sure she enjoyed the visit! Next up is Meme. By Meme's 'little grin' I'm pretty sure she enjoyed the visit. Well that and the fact that she gushed about Avery nonstop. Finally our Granddad. He loves babies and they love him too! She was quite relaxed with him.Uncle Kev was there too but he'd met her before. Still he takes every chance he can get to hold her. Uncle De even made it for a visit. We had other visitors with him as well but I'm still waiting on pictures from the official photographer of the visit. *cough cough* Life couldn't be better with our little family now complete. Well other than getting this whole potty training thing down - then life couldn't be better. :o)
