The Itsy Bitsy Spider
Ross loves to sing the Itsy Bitsy Spider. He does the spider and the rain falling really well! I thought we were going to sing it twice and he remembered the buckle on his seat. He loves to work the buckle!

Playground fun
I occasionally go to Ross' school on the days his Dad picks him up to play with him until he gets there. This is a series of pictures I took yesterday after his Dad arrived and got Ross squealing like crazy.

You guessed it...more park pictures
I know I've had a lot of park posts but that's pretty much what we are doing right now. I hope to get in as much park time as we can before it gets too hot. Plus it is a nice stroller walk away so it is just the perfect activity. I think Ross kind of enjoys it.
At the park on Friday a little girl named Mary Margaret was kind enough to let Ross play with her bucket for part of the time. I'd never even thought of bringing a bucket b/c up until this point all he's cared about doing is swinging. I've since gotten him his own bucket.

Birthday weekend!
We had a busy weekend! Ross was supposed to go to 2 birthday parties but ended up missing the party on Saturday. His naps didn't exactly cooperate. We did make it to the party on Sunday. I'd fully prepared myself to only stay a few minutes because of nap issues but we were able to stay the whole 2 hours. It was at The Wonder Place in Little Rock.
Here is Ross with the birthday boy, Reece. He turns 4 this week!
Ross and Riley (birthday boy's sister) always end up being good buds by the time it is over. They played together quite a bit, though she did leave him some. She's walking!
Traci and I chatting it up while the kids play. She had her 2nd little girl this year, Lorelai.

Ross loves to slide!
He was actually having a good time climbing up and down out of this chair and then all of a sudden he started reaching for me right as I snapped the picture. All we need are 3-D glasses.
More cake please!
Ross had the place all to himself while the big kids painted! He didn't care to even try to paint.

Juicing!
I ordered a Jack LaLanne's Power Juicer after being mesmerized by an infomercial. I couldn't be happier with it! Ross doesn't exactly come running for his vegetables so I thought this would be a perfect way to get them in him until he decides to like them again.
This morning the juice consisted of broccoli, sweet potato, carrot, orange, and a pear.
This is what the finished product looked like. It was very good! It was a bit thicker than the past days but Ross and I loved it. I think the sweet potato made it thicker.
Saturday's juice consisted of cucumber, broccoli, kiwi, and green grapes. This was Ross' first taste of the fresh juice! He wanted to have some out of my glass. Gotta love that mustache!

No autographs please
This morning Ross got a pair of my extra sunglasses and put them on. It was like a switch turned on as soon as they were over his eyes. He started cheesing like a "supa star". He put them on 3-4 times and he went from being solemn to what you see in a matter of seconds. I wish I could have gotten pictures with my camera instead of phone but I really had to leave for work... Can I just win the lottery and be done with it please!?! I guess the first step in that process is buying a ticket. hmmmmm

Pink Eye - 3, Ross - 0
We missed Easter service AGAIN this year because Ross has pink eye. We did make it down to Grady for lunch. Ross was a ham on the way home. Update: Daddy now has pink eye too so they are home together! Poor guys! We'll accept casseroles, desserts, etc... for the sick patients. ha
He and his Daddy do something every morning on the way to school and they did it for me on the way home. We love this little dude so much! He's such a blessing.

Operation Egg Drop
We went to the Easter egg hunt on Friday evening. It ended up having to be moved because of the weather moving in. They needed an open space for the helicopter because of the winds. So they used the football field. There were so many kids and when they dropped the eggs they mainly stayed in the middle of the field. Needless to say we didn't go down on the field with all the 'big kids'. He loved the helicopter though so we are glad we went!

Loving this weather!
We went to the park yesterday. It was our first time for the week. Monday we stayed at school and used the swings on their playground. Tuesday we went to the golf store Pongman. I had no idea he'd have so much fun or I'd have taken the camera. He's quite good at rolling the balls into the hole on the putting greens.
I think he would swing for hours. If there is a kid in the swing beside him he'll jabber away but if it is just Ross he'll get totally relaxed to the point that his eyes will roll back and his head will bob with the to-and-fro movement. This is what was happening in the pics below. By this point he was in the zone.
